Challenges and Solutions

Challenge 1
To launch the digitalization of OutSail and gather user feedback and statistics, we designed the minimum viable product (MVP). We collected requirements from the client, analyzed the minimal viable functionality, and created the design. The development team, led by the project manager, delivered the product on time.
Challenge 2
After launching the MVP, the client received positive market validation. We analyzed the collected data and launched the second development phase—releasing the full version V1.0. We conducted research, including competitive analysis, product lifecycle, CJM analysis, customer personas, value proposition, business model, and monetization.
Based on the findings, we redesigned the MVP, making significant UX changes. Key elements like new user onboarding, team collaboration, timelines, and improved navigation were added. The development and design teams, led by the project manager, successfully launched the product.

With the product ready, generating traffic and converting it into paying users was crucial. We audited the client's website and blog, which generated 95% of the leads.
